EQUALLY IMPORTANT
We are probably not the right fit if...
You need results in 30 days. Web Design doesn't work that way, and anyone who says it does is lying to you.
You want to own the strategy internally and outsource only execution. We work as strategic partners, not vendors.
Your budget is under $2,000/month. We can't do our best work at that level.
The brands we work best with are past the “let’s try Web Design” phase. They know it works. They want it done properly.
Rotterdam restaurants & f&b is a different game.
We’ve run Web Design here. We know what it takes.
Your website isn't selling. Your competitors' are.
Rotterdam's F&B scene competes fiercely for discovery across Yelp, TripAdvisor, and Google—but these platforms take a cut and control your customer relationship. Your website is the only channel you own. Most local restaurants lack email capture, retention strategies, or conversion-optimized menus. The businesses winning are those with websites that work harder than their social media.
The 3 places Rotterdam restaurants & f&b brands leave revenue on the table
Every engagement starts with a structured audit. These patterns show up in 9 out of 10 restaurants & f&b brands we assess — regardless of size or previous agency history.
Don’t take our word for it.Here’s what we actually delivered.
Strong reputation on TripAdvisor (4.8/5 stars) but website was dated, non-mobile, and had no reservation integration. 73% of traffic bounced immediately. No email capture. Delivery and private event inquiries were handled via email or messenger—no online funnel.
Redesigned site architecture to prioritize reservation booking above the fold; added prominent 'Private Events' and 'Tasting Menu' CTAs.

You shouldn’t have to wonder what your agency is doing with your money.
Every Friday, you get a Loom from your strategist. Not a report — a walkthrough. What changed, what we’re doing about it, what to expect next week. Several clients have told us it’s the first time Web Design has ever made sense to them.
From audit to measurable growth, step by step
You own a website that consistently converts visitors into reservations, delivery orders, and catering inquiries—without relying on review platform algorithms. Your email list grows with every site visit, giving you a direct customer channel worth €4,200+ per person annually.
Conversion Audit & Competitor Map
We analyze your current site (if you have one) and map the top 5 converting competitors in your Rotterdam postcode. We identify where visitors drop off—menu, reservation flow, mobile experience—and compare your online presence to 10–15 local restaurants in your category.
Strategy & Information Architecture
We design your site structure around the visitor journey: discovery → menu browsing → decision (reservation/order/inquiry) → follow-up. We map messaging, calls-to-action, and email capture moments specific to your restaurant type (fine dining, casual, delivery, catering, etc.).
Design & Copy Development
Our designers build a mobile-first, brand-aligned interface. Copy is written to sell—not just inform. Every section (hero, menu, about, reviews, CTAs) is tested and refined to move visitors toward conversion. We embed local trust signals and review aggregation.
Build, Integration & Optimization
We build on a fast, secure platform (no slow WordPress bloat). We integrate with your reservation system (ThinkFoodGroup, Sevenrooms, etc.), email marketing platform, and Google Business Profile. Every page is optimized for speed, mobile, and local search ranking factors.
Launch, Training & Post-Launch Optimization
We launch with a detailed runbook for your team. We monitor conversion data, heatmaps, and user behavior for 30 days post-launch. A/B tests run automatically. We provide training on updating menu, managing reservations, and using your analytics.
The honest difference
We’re not going to call other agencies bad. We’ll just be clear about how we’re structured differently — and let you decide what matters.

The questions founders actually ask us
Not the FAQ we wrote. The questions from real first calls.
How long does a typical project take?
End-to-end: 14–16 weeks from audit to launch. This includes strategy, design, build, integration, and 30 days of post-launch optimization. We move quickly without cutting corners; quality and conversion trump speed.
What if I already have a website? Do you rebuild from scratch?
Not necessarily. If your site has good bones but poor conversion, we'll optimize and redesign key pages (homepage, menu, reservation flow). If it's outdated or technically weak, we rebuild. The audit tells us which path is right for you—and we only recommend what will actually increase revenue.
What's included after launch? Do you offer ongoing support?
The project includes 30 days of post-launch monitoring and optimization. After that, we offer optional retainer support (starting €1,500–€3,500/month) for ongoing strategy, content updates, A/B testing, and performance monitoring. Many clients start retainer after launch; others manage it independently.
How do you measure success? What metrics matter?
We obsess over metrics that drive revenue: website-sourced reservations, delivery orders, catering inquiries, email list growth, and customer lifetime value. We don't care about vanity metrics (page views, time on site). You'll have a dashboard updated weekly showing conversion, traffic source, and revenue attribution.
Do you integrate with reservation systems like ThinkFoodGroup or Sevenrooms?
Yes. We integrate with all major platforms: ThinkFoodGroup, Sevenrooms, Reservare, Eatapp, and others. We also integrate with Wolt, Deliveroo, and other platforms if you use them. If your system isn't common, we'll build a custom integration via API.
