About the audit tool, scoring, and what to do with your results.
What does this SEO audit tool check?▾
The tool runs 12+ automated checks across three categories: Performance (mobile page speed, Core Web Vitals — LCP, TBT, CLS), On-Page SEO (title tag, meta description, H1 tags, canonical URL, robots meta), and Technical (HTTPS, Open Graph tags, Twitter card, sitemap declaration). Results are fetched live from your URL and Google's PageSpeed Insights API.
Is this tool really free?▾
Yes, completely free with no account required. You enter your URL, get your audit results, and can optionally submit your email to receive a personalised improvement plan. There is no catch.
How accurate is the SEO score?▾
The score is a directional health check — not a replacement for a full technical SEO audit. It flags the most impactful on-page and technical issues that Google's crawlers check first. Issues marked as failures (-12 points each) are the highest priority to fix; warnings (-5 points) are important but less critical.
Why is my performance data missing or showing as a warning?▾
Performance data comes from Google's PageSpeed Insights API. The API can occasionally be unavailable, rate-limited, or slow to respond for very new or private URLs. If performance data is unavailable, the tool marks those checks as warnings rather than failing your score.
What is a good SEO score?▾
Scores of 80–100 indicate a healthy, well-optimised page. Scores of 50–79 mean there are several issues worth addressing. Scores below 50 usually indicate multiple critical issues (missing meta tags, HTTP instead of HTTPS, poor page speed, no H1) that can significantly harm your Google rankings.
What happens after I request an improvement plan?▾
Our team reviews the specific issues found in your audit and sends you a prioritised action plan via email within 24 hours. The plan is free, includes specific fix recommendations, and comes with no obligation.
